Anand Srivastava, BSc (Hons), JD, is a Law Society of Ontario ceritifed specialist in environmental law. Anand focuses his practice on environmental legal advice and environmental litigation. He has prior education and experience in environmental toxicology. He assists clients in facilitating practical solutions to complex environmental legal issues. He works with a wide variety of clients on issues relating to environmental regulatory compliance with federal, provincial, and municipal laws, contaminated sites, environmental due diligence, and exposure to environmental risks and liabilities. Anand is a 2024 Lexpert Rising Stars: Leading Lawyers Under 40 winner. He is selected annually by Best Lawyers in Canada under their "Ones to Watch in Canada" category.
