David B. Ethier

David Ethier has been a partner at IMK since 2018. His practice spans all areas of civil and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on real estate and property law, contractual disputes as well as construction and insurance litigation. His diverse clientele includes real estate investment firms and developers, contractors, heavy industries, aerospace companies, municipalities, and governmental bodies. Ethier is an experienced and effective litigator. He acts as lead counsel in complex, high-stakes litigation, including trials, appeals and commercial arbitrations.
